The bust set in the picture was a very limited run for the 2 bust and 2 bases. 

This was part of a Limited run - Xenomorph and bases are available from the Original Sculpter 3DKLOS as a 3D File for you to print https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/art/sculptures/dog-alien-bust-printable-stl  . You can order the female bust from me, and Purchase the Xeno files and print your own from CG Trader.
